Policies & Fees

Scheduling and Deposits

* A physical evaluation of all vehicles is required to determine the full scope of the job before scheduling any ceramic coating, paint correction or detailing service (typically a 15 min. processes).  This allows us to schedule enough time to successfully complete the service and provide the best results possible.

* A 50% deposit is required to reserve a spot on our schedule for all ceramic coating, paint correction and detailing services.

* If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we require at least 48-hour notice to avoid a rescheduling fee.  All others will be charged a 10% rescheduling fee.

* Deposits on services are non-refundable (shop credit will be given for all canceled appointments).

Additional Polices


* Payment is due in full at time of pick-up unless prior arrangements have been agreed to.

* Child safety seats will not be uninstalled or reinstalled for liability reasons (please remove them before arriving).

* Please remove personal belongings.  Items that normally remain in the vehicle will be set aside for cleaning and replaced.  Additional fees will apply for excessive clutter (we are not responsible for lost or stolen items).

* Personal compartments such as center consoles and glove compartments will be left undisturbed if excessively cluttered.  At customers request items will be removed and placed in a bag for the customer to sort through at a later time.

* Biological hazards including but not limited to blood, urine, feces and vomit MUST be disclosed prior to work being started.  Significant additional charges will apply when dealing with biological contamination. Attempting to sneak it past the initial inspection to avoid additional fees will result in an even higher price if work has already begun. Failure to mention pet hair, spills, odors, biological excrements, etc. will result in a significant increase to actual price and will be added to the final cost.

* All sales are final for any retail product.



Additional Fees


* Storage of a vehicle for more than 24 hours after completion will incur a $50.00/day storage fee.  (Exceptions may be made for inclement weather when communicated.) 

* Pick-up & delivery services (when available) up to 20 miles will result in a $50.00 charge.
